New version of the Data Quality Center at www.data-quality-on-demand.com in a new Look & Feel, now also with single validations – direct integration of the on-demand services in in-house applications.
Pforzheim, February 9th. Uniserv GmbH from Pforzheim, the largest pure-play provider of Data Quality Solutions in Europe, has extended its Software as a Service (SaaS) offer. Customers can now also match data in real time by means of single validations. What is more, the Uniserv Service for Data Quality can be integrated in the in-house Web solution or local software application.
The go-live of the new Data Quality Center marks an important milestone in the implementation of a comprehensive range of solu-tions for data quality as Software as a Service. In addition to the existing offer, in which customers can use the on-demand solution from Uniserv to analyse, correct, cleanse and enhance their address files, single validations are now possible. Furthermore, Uniserv offers the option of integrating the Data Quality functions in in-house webshops or local applications.
The new single validation enables the user to check and correct individual addresses immediately via the Web. To do this, the customer enters the data at www.data-quality-on-demand.com and selects what is to be validated – the address, bank details, credit card data or telephone number. The Uniserv Data Quality Center matches the data with the available databases in real time and corrects it as required.
New Service: "Integrating Data Quality"
As was previously possible, the "File cleansing" function enables the user to analyze, correct, cleanse and enhance address files. The service "Integrating Data Quality" is completely new in the Data Quality Center. The user can easily integrate both the single validation and the optimization of complete files as a Web Service in the in-house business application, thereby automatically obtaining the best data quality.
Banks, insurance companies, energy providers, commercial or other companies can improve the data basis of their applications and make them considerably more productive by integrating Data Quality functions in CRM, ERP or sector-specific applications. There are already best-practice examples from Uniserv for a number of applications of this kind; Uniserv provides ready-made Data Quality connectors for the most commonly used CRM systems, including SAP, Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Update.

The new Data Quality Center means that Uniserv GmbH is currently the only supplier in Europe to present such a comprehensive Data Quality offer on demand with respect to the range of functions and type of use. Since Uniserv is already the leader in Europe in the on-premise sector, the provider is now also steadily developing its services for Data Quality in the on-demand sector as a second string to the company's bow.
Up to now it has not been cost-effective for small and medium-sized companies to purchase data quality solutions because of the budget, amount of contacts or the intrinsic value of the contacts. Nevertheless, these companies should also regularly bring their data "up to scratch": above all, customer and address data is a valuable asset which is not fully utilized by a long way in many companies. The SaaS model is characterised by short project times, low risk, high scalability and flexibility. The data quality is monitored and optimized as it is input, and address and bank details are checked interactively. Incorrect entries are reliably corrected no matter whether they originate from the webshop or the CRM or ERP system.
