Pupils of the Theodor Heuss Grammar School in Pforzheim are prepared for entering the world of work in special workshops under the guidance of experienced practitioners. By means of appropriate analysis, the pupils find out about their potentials, areas of expertise, intellectual and social skills, which are important qualities when it comes to choosing a course of studies and a profession.

What does a software developer actually do? What kind of job profiles can be found in a software company? In which areas is there a shortage of young talent? In order to find out the answers to these and other questions regarding a professional future in a technically oriented company, we offer girls the opportunity to gain insights into different areas of our working environment on Girls' Day.

In order to give children in Mali a better start to their lives, we support the development of schools and the provision of learning and teaching materials. Our donations to the organization'Recht auf Bildung' [A Right to Education] benefit projects in Djenné, Bougouni and Bafoulabé.

We are currently supporting the Pforzheimer Tafel e.V. In addition to this, we underline our international orientation with a donation to the French charitable organization "Restaurants du Coeur", which also provides food to people on a low income.
